Trusaic, a workplace equity technology business, has named prominent pay equity expert Gail Greenfield as Executive Vice President of Pay Equity and Total Rewards Strategy and Solutions. Greenfield, one of the country’s best experts on pay equity, has over 20 years of experience assisting organisations in developing evidence-based plans to create more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforces.
“There is no one better suited to help our clients advance their pay equity and DEI strategies than Gail,” says Trusaic CEO Robert Sheen.
Greenfield joins Trusaic from Oracle, where she was the Director of the US Pay Equity Programme. Prior to joining Oracle, she worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisor for Warner Brothers Discovery, where she helped to implement a measurable, outcome-oriented approach to DEI projects throughout the company.
Greenfield worked for Mercer, one of the world’s major professional services businesses, for nearly 20 years, most recently as a Senior Principal in the Workforce Strategy & Analytics practise. She testified before the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Financial Services’ Subcommittee on Diversity and Inclusion in 2020, while at Mercer, to discuss diversity and inclusion in America’s largest banks, including how companies can use analytics to build more diverse and inclusive workforces.
“I look forward to helping our clients achieve their pay equity and DEI goals, and innovating with the talented teams across Trusaic to support its industry-leading PayParity software,” Greenfield said.
Greenfield’s views on pay fairness have been widely publicised in venues such as The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, and CNBC. Greenfield is a sought-after speaker, having spoken at The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute, World at Work, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology (SIOP), the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), the HR Leadership Forum, and the Georgetown University HRM Programme. She is on the State of Pay Equity Advisory Panel of the HR Research Institute.
Greenfield earned a PhD in economics from Claremont Graduate University and a BS in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
