SurveyMonkey, a global pioneer in online surveys and forms, has announced the appointment of Amit Prakash as chief marketing officer (CMO). Prakash will play a critical role in the company’s next phase, bringing more than 20 years of expertise running digital and growth marketing teams at well-known firms such as Cloudflare and Amazon.

As chief marketing officer, Amit Prakash joined SurveyMonkey in 2023 to manage expansion and improve customer experience. Amit has a track record of creating marketing engines that produce substantial results for large-scale businesses. Amit previously oversaw Growth Marketing at Cloudflare, where he was responsible for increasing product adoption among their existing customer base. He worked with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for nine years, building data, digital marketing, and operations teams.
These teams were in charge of acquiring new customers and increasing their continuous usage. Amit also has extensive agency expertise from the Omnicom and Publicis groups. Amit graduated from the University of Illinois, Chicago with a B.E. in Electronics Engineering and two Masters degrees in Management Information Systems and Electrical and Computer Engineering.
