Yossi Almani has been appointed as Chief Legal Officer of Integral Ad Science, a top worldwide media measurement and optimisation platform, with immediate effect. Almani will be a part of the senior leadership team and manage the worldwide legal and compliance operations under the direct supervision of CEO Lisa Utzschneider. He will be essential in bolstering IAS’s dedication to fully preserving consumer privacy and battling misinformation, all the while giving businesses more insight into their ad spend.

Yossi brings 15 years of legal expertise to the table, having worked as in-house general counsel and in prominent law firms. Almani, a leading international lawyer with a base in New York City, has a wealth of expertise working with both public and private enterprises. In addition to leading public company functions and legal and commercial strategies on data privacy, compliance, and M&A, he has a track record of success representing U.S. and foreign financial institutions as well as other customers.
Almani served as general counsel at Affinity Solutions, Inc., a top provider of consumer purchase information to the digital advertising and other industries, before joining IAS. He previously worked at Revlon, Inc., a global beauty and cosmetics company, as vice president of corporate, securities, and licencing. He was a Senior Associate at Paul, Weiss as well.

Almani graduated with an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and holds an M.A. in Law and Economics, an LL.B., and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) has also certified Almani as CIPP/US.
