Microsoft Corp. and Submittable, a leading grants management and corporate social responsibility (CSR) platform, announced Wednesday a strategic partnership for collaboration and innovation to enable Submittable to develop new solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI Service to deliver to public, private, and non-profit organizations. providing solutions to accelerate social impact and better serve their communities.
Submittable’s first offerings include a new-to-market suite of tools to further advance the mission of artificial intelligence for good and improve the application process for grantmakers and applicants. Among these tools:
- AI-powered service that will auto-fill grant applications based on an applicant’s previous answers, allowing them to focus on more important tasks.
- An artificial intelligence bot that can both create and translate grant application forms into multiple languages, ensuring best practice adherence for funders while also extending opportunities across language barriers.
- An AI-powered tool that extracts information from official documents and imports it into Submittable, making the process easier for applicants and reviewers while reducing the possibility of human error and fraud.
Submittable’s solutions will be built on Microsoft Azure, including the Azure OpenAI service, and will include integration with the common data model and Microsoft Teams as part of the new partnership.
